Our Little Lyons – Early Learning Ministry (OLL-ELM) is a nurturing, accredited daycare on the campus of Our Lady of Lourdes. We have designed our program around the idea that children learn in different ways through various activities. Our Little Lyons children are actively engaged in hands-on social, academic, and faith concepts throughout the day. Our Christ-centered, caring community provides a well-rounded, fun learning experience to empower your child.

Our Little Lyons Early Learning Ministry is currently hiring part time employees to collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive environment, while caring for the children’s needs like feeding, diapering, and dressing.
Flexible schedules available
- Prior experience in early childhood education is preferred but training is provided. through the FSSA, including child abuse prevention, safety, and risk management.
- Must be willing to maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Must be able to understand and comply with the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of Conduct.
- Must be able to successfully complete the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Child Safety Training.
- Fingerprinting and Background screening is required.
