During Lent, the Irvington Association of Ministers (IAM) will once again offer in-person \/ live-streamed prayer services each Wednesday night, beginning March 9. Since many of our member churches celebrate Ash Wednesday, that evening is for us to gather at our own communities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Each prayer service will begin at 7:00pm. \u00a0NOTE: due to the pandemic, the ministers unanimously chose to have the prayer services only this year; no Soup and Bread meal beforehand.<\/p>\n

March 9 \u2013 <\/span>Gethsemane Lutheran Church<\/strong>, with Transitional Deacon Joel Munoz<\/span>of St. Matthew Episcopal Church preaching<\/span><\/p>\n

March 16 \u2013 Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church<\/strong>, with Rev. Denise Robinson of Irvington United Methodist Church preaching<\/p>\n

March 23 \u2013 Downey Avenue Christian Church<\/strong>, with Rev. Martin Bornhoeftof Gethsemane Lutheran Church preaching<\/p>\n

March 30 \u2013 Irvington United Methodist Church (IUMC)<\/strong>, with Fr. Rick Ginther of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church preaching<\/p>\n

April 6 \u2013 St. Matthew Episcopal Church<\/strong>, with Daren Huber, Ministry Intern, of Downey Avenue Christian Church preaching<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
